The magnificent piece is a massive centerpiece presenting with an elongated steeple spire form stopper resting in a waisted three raised band ringed neck, elegantly rising from a bulbous form body, elaborately decorated in decadent gold gilding and intricate, brilliant polychrome painted enamel floral, foliate and scroll patterns, a central portrait medallion.
