ELEGANT 1960’S MIMI D’ N NISCEMI FAUX PEARL TURQUOISE ENAMEL RHINESTONE NECKLACE. Up for sale is a great vintage necklace from the design studios of Mimi di N (Niscemi). The necklace has a “real” fine jewelry look and is loosely based on the work of Schlumberger for Tiffany. It is 14 1/2″ at it’s shortest length (including clasp) and drapes down approximately 2 1/4″ in front. It has a 2 5/8″ long x 1 1/4″ wide gold tone clasp with turquoise enamel and clear rhinestone accents. The three strands of faux pearls are of 10mm acrylic beads with crystal rondelle accents. Some of the small pearl seed beads have lost their nacre finish and there is a tiny amount of enamel loss on the edges of the clasp. Overall, the necklace is in good condition and it is signed “Mimi di N” on the reverse. It looks wonderful when worn and is intended for the smaller neckline. As restrictions continue, I may only be able to drop packages off and not have them physically scanned into the postal system. My post office is understaffed and sometimes they fail to scan packages although they have them in their possession.
