This is a 10″ tall, round with opening of 3 1/2″ across the top. Appears to be blown glass, with pontu mark on the bottom. Please see pics as they show the detail and the intricate work on this vase. Blue cobalt glass vase has gold designs painted around the top portion of the vase. The flowers on the vase are painted with raised enamel pansy’s, the stems, and some of the leaves are also raised enamel paint. There is foilage which is painted in gold paint.
