Just above the foot is a decorative applied glass and the piece is signed but the signature is partially worn off. The pattern is a hand painted floral decor in blues w/ white, reddish orange and gold raised enamel. Measurements are 11″ Tall x 4″ Bottom Diameter and the weight is 1 LB 13 OZ unpacked.
